CERTIFICATE OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

     Pursuant to the provisions of Section 17-202 of the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, the undersigned general partner of Calumet Lubricants Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) desires to amend the certificate of limited partnership of the Partnership filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware on September 27, 2005 and for that purpose submits the following certificate of amendment:

     1. The name of the limited partnership is Calumet Lubricants Partners, L.P.

     2. The certificate of limited partnership is hereby amended by amending and restating Section 1 thereof in its entirety as follows:

     “1. Name. The name of the limited partnership is Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P.”
