Cash and Cash Equivalents	(3) Cash and Cash Equivalents As of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, money market funds and short-term U.S. Treasury bills included in cash and cash equivalents on the balance sheets were $4,065,574 and $3,451,761, respectively, which represent level 1 within the fair value hierarchy. The Company considers all highly liquid investments with an initial maturity of three months or less when purchased to be cash equivalents.
