Acrrued Compensation	Note 5 – Accrued Compensation The accompanying financial statements include $340,000 of accrued consulting fees as of December 31, 2012 and December 31, 2011. During the year ended December 31, 2010 $320,000 of accrued consulting fees under this contract were forgiven and included in additional paid-in capital and in the Quarter ending June 30, 2013 the $340,000 in Accrued Interest has been converted to a $150,000 Non Interest bearing Note and has been added to the Notes Payable Balance

The entire disclosure for compensation costs, including compensated absences accruals, compensated absences liability, deferred compensation arrangements and income statement compensation items.
