Restructuring and Related Activities Disclosure [Text Block]	Restructuring CostsIn April 2020, we announced a reduction in force of 15%, which resulted in $9 million of nonrecurring expense for the three months ended June 30, 2020. We do not expect to incur any additional expense in relation to the reduction in force.
