Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 21, 2020, we announced that the board of directors of the General Partner declared a quarterly distribution on our common units of $0.39 per common unit. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2020 to unitholders of record on May 1, 2020. On the same date, we announced that the board of directors of the General Partner declared a semi-annual distribution on our Series A Preferred Units of $36.875 per unit. The distribution will be paid on June 15, 2020 to unitholders of record on June 1, 2020. On the same date, the board of directors of the General Partner declared a quarterly distribution on our Series B and Series C Preferred Units of $0.4922 and $0.4969 per unit, respectively. The Series B distributions will be paid on June 15, 2020 to unitholders of record on June 1, 2020. The Series C distribution will be paid on July 15, 2020 to unitholders of record on July 1, 2020. On April 13th, 2020, we announced a 15% workforce reduction, which will result in $11 million of non-recurring expense in the second quarter of 2020.
