Partnership Equity and Distributions Common Units — During the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, we issued no common units, pursuant to our at-the-market program. As of March 31, 2020, $750 million of common units remained available for sale pursuant to our at-the-market program.

Distributions — During the first quarter of 2020, the board of directors of our general partner approved a plan to reduce quarterly distributions to our common unitholders by 50% to $0.39 per unit, beginning with the first quarter 2020 distribution, payable in May 2020.
