On March 23, 2020, FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF) issued a press release announcing that it had declared a special cash dividend of U.S. $3.00 per share on its common stock, with a record date of April 3, 2020 and a payment date of April 17, 2020.

CLAYTON, Mo. (March 23 , 2020) – FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF) (“FutureFuel”), a manufacturer of custom and performance chemicals and biofuels, today announced that it had declared a special cash dividend of U.S. $3.00 per share on its common stock, with a record date of April 3, 2020 and a payment date of April 17, 2020.
