Financial Assets and Liabilities

The methods and assumptions used in estimating the fair value amounts included in the disclosures for financial assets and liabilities are consistent with those disclosed in the Company's 2022 Annual Report on Form 10-K.

The Company had equity securities recorded at fair value on a recurring basis in Other Current Assets of $2.7 million and $3.0 million as of September 30, 2023, and December 31, 2022, which were considered Level 1 investments. The Company had no liabilities recorded at fair value on a recurring basis as of September 30, 2023, and December 31, 2022.

The carrying amounts and estimated fair values of the Company's financial assets and liabilities which were not recorded at fair value on the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets as of September 30, 2023, and December 31, 2022, were as follows (in millions):
