Asset Disposition and Impairments	Asset Disposition and Impairments In May 2017, the Partnership sold its Flag City Processing Partners, LLC subsidiary, which owned the Flag City processing plant and related assets, to a third party for $63.6 million, including customary adjustments. The Partnership recognized losses and impairment charges, reported within Total operating costs and expenses, of $47.1 million on the sale.
