Asset Disposition and Impairments	Asset Disposition and Impairments On May 9, 2017, the Partnership sold its Flag City Processing Partners, LLC subsidiary, which owns the Flag City processing plant and related assets, to a third party for approximately $64.7 million, including customary adjustments. The Partnership recorded losses and impairments, reported within Total Operating Costs and Expenses, of $47.1 million on the sale. The fair value measurements of the assets sold and impaired were based on Level 3 inputs under the fair value hierarchy.
