COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 14 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Operating lease The Company's current executive offices are currently leased for $820 per month. Legal proceedings As of March 16, 2019, all outstanding lawsuits and disputes previously reported in the Company's 10-Q and 10-K filings have been settled and the Company has no further material legal proceedings outstanding.
