Exobox Technologies Corp. Announces Appointment of American Stock Transfer &Trust Company as New Transfer Agent

Exobox Technologies Corp. ("Exobox" or the "Company") (Unsolicited Pink: EXBX) today announced that effective February 8, 2008, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company (“AST”) of 59 Maiden Lane, New York, NY 10038,  was appointed as the Company's stock transfer agent and American has accepted the appointment.
