NOTE 24: SUBSEQUENT EVENT

On August 22, 2023, we acquired a portfolio of exploration-stage projects in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, Canada, which includes 60% equity stake in the Henday Lake joint venture, 100% of the Milliken project , and a 50% equity stake in the Carswell joint venture project  from Rio Tinto Exploration Canada Inc. for approximately $1.1 million (CAD$1.5 million).
