SUBSEQUENT EVENTS [Text Block]	NOTE 16: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Other than disclosed elsewhere in this consolidated financial statement, the Company had the following material subsequent event: Pursuant to a Uranium Mining Lease dated May 23, 2012, the Company acquired from URenergy, LLC a mining lease for uranium on the Slick Rock Project located in San Miguel and Montrose Counties, Colorado. The Slick Rock Project is subject to a 3.0% production royalty requiring an annual advance royalty payment of $30,000 beginning on November 30, 2017. As consideration for this acquisition, the Company paid $100,000 in cash.
