Note 14. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On April 25, 2014, 187,500 warrants were exercised at a price of $0.005 for the purchase of 187,500 shares of the Company’s stock. On May 13, 2014, 125,000 warrants were exercised at a price of $0.005 for the purchase of 125,000 shares of the Company's stock.
