SHARE-BASED COMPENSATION SHARE-BASED COMPENSATION Our share-based compensation awards are issued under the 2020 Equity Incentive Plan (“2020 Plan”) and a predecessor plan, the 2015 Equity Incentive Plan (“2015 Plan”). Any awards that expire or are forfeited under the 2015 Plan become available for issuance under the 2020 Plan.
