Savings and Retirement Plan During 2005, the Company established a savings and retirement plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code that allows eligible employees to annually contribute a portion of their annual salary to the plan. The Company matches such contributions up to a maximum of 4% of the employee's compensation, as defined. For the years ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010, the Company made contributions of approximately $196,000, $211,000 and $143,000, respectively.
