Operating segments are defined as components of an enterprise for which separate financial information is available that is evaluated regularly by the chief operating decision maker in deciding how to allocate resources and in assessing performance. The chief operating decision maker reviews information at a consolidated level, as such we have one reportable segment. For enterprise-wide disclosure, we are organized primarily on the basis of service lines. Revenue earned outside of the United States for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010 is approximately 14% and 13%, of our total revenue, respectively. Revenue earned outside of the United States for the three and six months ended June 30, 2009 is approximately 12% and 10%, of our total revenue, respectively.</font></div>
