On October 9, 2014, Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA (the “Company”) issued an Investor News announcing the initial conversion price of its equity-neutral convertible bonds at EUR 73.6448. A copy of the Company’s announcement, which has been edited for filing in the United States to comply with applicable limitations on disclosure of unregistered offerings, is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
