Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In February 2018, the Company determined that it plans to market in 2018 and sell approximately 30 owned communities. The closings of such sales of assets are subject to the Company’s successful marketing of such assets on terms acceptable to the Company. Further, the closings of the expected sales of such assets will be subject to the satisfaction of various closing conditions, including (where applicable) the receipt of regulatory approvals. However, there can be no assurance that the transactions will close or, if they do, when the actual closings will occur.
