NOTE 18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events for recognition and disclosure through February 21, 2022, the date the financial statements were available to be issued, and determined that there were no such events requiring adjustment to, or disclosure in, the accompanying consolidated financial statements except as described below: On January 12, 2022 and January 20, 2022, the Company was granted forgiveness for two (2) of its PPP loans in the amounts of $85,920 and $180,720, respectively.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
