This registration statement on Form 8-A is being filed by Home BancShares, Inc., an Arkansas corporation (the “Company”), in connection with the transfer of the listing of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC to the New York Stock Exchange.
