On January 29, 2008, AgFeed Industries, Inc. (“AgFeed”) issued a press release discussing, among other things, certain financial information of AgFeed regarding the year ended December 31, 2007. A copy of this release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
