NOTE 4 – NOTE RECEIVABLE

On May 2, 2024, the Company made a strategic loan to an independent privately-held non-affiliated third party by entering into a $100,000, 180 day 8% on demand Promissory Note Agreement. As of December 31, 2024, there is $5,326 of interest receivable due on this note.
