NOTE PAYABLE	NOTE 8 – NOTE PAYABLE On March 1, 2024, the Company issued a $100,000, 6% Demand Promissory note (the “Note”) to Alpha Strategies Trading Software, Inc., a non-affiliate of the Company. The Note matures on August 28, 2024, 180 days from the date of the Note. The Note has been issued to Holder in exchange for having made direct payments of Company expenses.
