Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transaction In October 2012, Bazaarvoice Foundation (the “Foundation”), a non-profit private charity, was chartered to build philanthropic programs that are focused on entrepreneurial education for youth. The Company holds two of the Foundation’s six board seats. The Company does not control the Foundation’s activities and accordingly, the Company does not consolidate the Foundation’s statement of activities with its financial results. On March 10, 2015, the Company issued 50,000 unregistered shares of our common stock, which were held as treasury stock, to the Foundation as a donation. The fair market value of these shares based on the Company’s closing stock price on March 10, 2015 was $0.3 million. This issuance of shares of the common stock was not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Securities Act, or any state securities laws. With respect to such issuance, the Company relied on the exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act by virtue of Section 4(a)(2) thereof and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
