Employee Benefit Plan	Employee Benefit Plan On April 7, 2006, the Company adopted a defined contribution retirement plan qualifying under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. It is the sole discretion of the Company to match eligible employee contributions in the form of cash. The Company contributed $0.8 million, $0.8 million and $0.7 million in matching contributions to the 401(k) plan in the fiscal year ended April 30, 2017, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
