Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events Subsequent to January 31, 2016, the Company made the decision to suspend sales of its BV Local product, reduce its cost structure to improve operating efficiencies and align resources with its growth strategies. As a result, during the fourth fiscal quarter the Company reduced global headcount by approximately 6% for which it expects to incur severance and other costs of approximately $0.9 million and $0.6 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016 and fiscal year 2017, respectively.
