Subsequent Events On August 20, 2014, the Company was informed that the DOJ is investigating whether the Company retained any PowerReviews technology in violation of the Joint Stipulation and Order. Due to the early stage of this investigation, it is not possible to reliably predict the outcome. The Company cannot currently estimate what, if any, possible loss or range of loss could result from the investigation.
