Subsequent Events	20. Subsequent Events On June 6, 2013, the Company executed an eighth amendment effective April 28, 2013 to the Loan Agreement entered into on July 18, 2007 to revise one of the financial covenants pertaining to the Company’s revolving line of credit. (See Note 9)
