Related Party Transaction	17. Related Party Transaction For the year ended April 30, 2013, the Company did not have any material related party transactions. In August 2011, the Company paid Dev C. Ittycheria, a member of our board of directors, $0.4 million in compensation to reimburse Mr. Ittycheria for taxes associated with the option for 274,993 shares granted to him on January 18, 2010, the exercise price of which was below the fair market value of our common stock at that time.

For the year ended April 30, 2013, the Company did not have any material related party transactions.
