Subsequent Event	12. Subsequent Event On March 12, 2013, a purported shareholder derivative action was filed in the Texas State District Court for Travis County, Texas against certain of the Company’s officers and directors, former officers and directors, and against the Company as nominal defendant. The complaint in this matter alleges breaches of fiduciary duties and breaches of the Company’s corporate policies in connection with the acquisition of PowerReviews and certain of the Company’s officers’ and directors’ sales of shares of the Company’s stock. The complaint requests declaratory judgment, a disgorgement of proceeds received from such sales of the Company’s stock, damages on behalf of the Company, and equitable relief. The Company disputes the allegations and intends to vigorously contest the matter. Due to the early stages of the case, it is not possible to reliably predict the outcome of the case. Therefore, the Company cannot currently estimate the possible loss or range of loss that could result from the case.
