Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 10, 2009, NewPage Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NewPage Holding Corporation, issued a news release announcing results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
