Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 13, 2008, NewPage Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NewPage Holding Corporation, issued a news release announcing results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
