On April 11, 2007, the Registrants received the resignation of Steven E. Wynne from the boards of directors of NewPage Holding Corporation and NewPage Corporation effective as of April 3, 2007. We are not aware of any disagreements between Mr. Wynne and the Registrants that resulted in Mr. Wynne's resignation.
