Conference Call and Webcast: Friday, March 3, 2006, at 9:00 A.M. EST

ATHENS, GREECE, February 27, 2006 - STEALTHGAS INC. (NASDAQ: GASS) today announced that it will release its fourth quarter 2005 and full-year 2005 results for the period ended December 31, 2005 on Thursday, March 2, 2006 after the close of the market in New York.

On Friday, March 3, 2006 at 9:00 A.M. EST, the company’s management will host a conference call to discuss the results and the company's operations and outlook.
