On March 24, 2010, TechPrecision Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had achieved, as of March 15, 2010, an order backlog in excess of $20,000,000.  A copy of the Company’s press release announcing this achievement and certain other information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
