PROFIT SHARING PLAN	NOTE 11 - PROFIT SHARING PLAN Ranor has a 401(k) profit sharing plan that covers substantially all Ranor employees who have completed 90 days of service. Ranor retains the option to match employee contributions. Our contributions were $60,127 and $44,557 for the nine months ended December 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
