PROFIT SHARING PLAN	NOTE 11 - PROFIT SHARING PLAN Ranor has a 401(k) profit sharing plan that covers substantially all Ranor employees who have completed 90 days of service. Ranor retains the option to match employee contributions. Our contributions were $39,653 and $30,392 for the six months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
