PROFIT SHARING PLAN	NOTE 11 — PROFIT SHARING PLAN Ranor has a 401(k) profit sharing plan that covers substantially all Ranor employees who have completed 90 days of service. Ranor retains the option to match employee contributions. Our contributions were $18,750 and $11,318 for the three months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
