PROFIT SHARING PLAN	NOTE 11 - PROFIT SHARING PLAN Ranor has a 401(k) profit sharing plan that covers substantially all Ranor employees who have completed 90 days of service. Ranor retains the option to match employee contributions. Our contributions were $30,392 and $29,009 for the six months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
