SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On September 7, 2011, we purchased certain websites, domain names and related assets from Inform Technologies, Inc. for $575,000. In connection with our purchase, we entered into a consulting agreement that requires us to pay an additional $3,333 per month for three (3) months and other contingent consideration of up to $165,000 if certain conditions are met following the term of the consulting agreement.
