This Prospectus Supplement No. 3 (“Supplement No. 3”) supplements and amends the Prospectus dated March 23, 2018 (the “Prospectus”).

As of June 4, 2018, the PowerShares DB Commodity Index Tracking Fund changed its name to “Invesco DB Commodity Index Tracking Fund.” In connection with the name change, the Fund’s CUSIP number has changed. The Fund’s new CUSIP number is 46138B103. Accordingly, the sentence under the heading CUSIP Number on page 2 of the Prospectus is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:

The Fund’s CUSIP number is 46138B103.

Supplement No. 3 should be read together with the Prospectus.
