The Units were purchased on behalf of the J.D. Nichols Irrevocable Trust for My Grandchildren (the "Grandchildren's Trust"), of which the Reporting Person is the grantor. The number of Units reported to be beneficially owned by the Reporting Person includes all the Units purchased on behalf of the Reporting Person and the entities controlled or established by the Reporting Person on March 16, 2010.
