Potentially dilutive securities of approximately $0.5 million and 3.8 million for the three months ended April 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, were excluded from the computation of diluted net loss per share as their inclusion would have been anti-dilutive. These shares included the Company’s outstanding RSUs, outstanding stock options and stock purchase rights under the ESPP at the end of the respective period.
