NOTE 12 - INCOME TAXES

During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, the Company recorded an income tax provision of $2.0 million and $5.3 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 24.5% and 24.6%, respectively. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021, the Company recorded an income tax provision of $2.0 million and $6.0 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 24.2% and 24.3%, respectively.
