INCOME TAXES	NOTE 11 - INCOME TAXES During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021, the Company recorded an income tax provision of $2.0 million and $6.0 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 24.2% and 24.3%, respectively. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020, the Company recorded an income tax provision of $3.2 million and $6.3 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 24.9% and 24.3%, respectively.
