NOTE 15 – EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS

The Company sponsors a 401(k) Plan, which is a defined contribution plan, in which substantially all associates are eligible to participate in and associates may contribute up to 100% of their compensation subject to certain limits based on federal tax laws. The Company may elect to make matching contributions as defined by the plan. For the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, the Company expensed matching contributions to the plan totaling $0.7 million and $0.6 million, respectively. The Company did not pay any expenses attributable to the plan during the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018.
