NOTE 11 - INCOME TAXES

During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019, the Company recorded an income tax provision of $0.8 million and $1.9 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 24.5% and 25.5%, respectively. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2018, the Company recorded an income tax provision of $0.5 million and $1.2 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 24.3% and 24.1%, respectively.
