INCOME TAXES	NOTE 9 - INCOME TAXES During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2018, the Company recorded an income tax provision of $0.5 million and $1.2 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 24.3% and 24.1%, respectively. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017 the Company recorded an income tax provision of $0.6 million and $1.1 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 37.6% and 36.5%, respectively. The decrease in the effective tax rate was as a result of the change in corporate tax rates in December 2017.
